Returns & Exchange Policy

Cacty will accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

  • Please Note all of our collars are visually inspected and a photo taken prior to dispatch to ensure each product is in NEW condition. 

Cacty will not accept returns, exchanges and cancellations if: 

  • The collar is used. All of our collars were created to withstand a lot of wear and tear, and have been tested on our dogs to ensure the best product. Naturally some stretching of the leather may occur when force is exerted upon it. The hardware we chose is made to withstand force, however repeated lunging or pulling will eventually weaken the strength. We are not responsible for collars breaking due to the way the owner handles the dog. We do not warranty any product if used as a tie out (please do not use our collars to tie your dog unattended).

Cacty Return Policy:

Please contact us within 48hours of item delivery.
Item must be shipped back within 3 days of item delivery.
Purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping costs. We recommend tracking your package as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Exchange:

To qualify for an exchange, the item cannot have any damage
and MUST be in new condition, and not worn.
The purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping cost. (Shipping the collar back to us, as well as paying for shipping the replacement collar back to you)

Please note that all Cacty Collars are HANDWASH and AIR DRY only.
We will not replace or refund an item due to the owners neglect to follow care and washing instructions.
